2022 has been a big year for Goulburn Street Housing.

Our social housing development in the heart of Hobart already won the Award for Urban Design and the Ray Heffernan Award for Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing at this year's Tasmanian Architecture Awards. It was also shortlisted in the Architizer A+Awards and INDE.Awards, as well as receiving two honourable mentions at the Loop Design Awards last month.

Now, alongside seven other great designs from around Australia, Goulburn Street Housing has been shortlisted in the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category at the National Architecture Awards.

The awards will be livestreamed from Sydney via the Australian Institute of Architects' YouTube channel from 7pm AEST on November 3.
