Kim combines her wealth of experience in operations, human resources and management, with a uniquely strategic perspective on communications and organisational culture. Her varied role within our studio - grounded in a background in building design and senior management - enables Cumulus’ continuous development, while maintaining our collaborative approach.
Following the completion of a Diploma in Building Design and Drafting at RMIT, Kim worked in collaborative roles with artists, architects and graphic designers, across hospitality, small-scale local businesses and multinational companies. Her experience and expertise is underpinned by a focus on business-wide strategy and project management.
Complementing our studio’s commitment to creating positive impacts within communities, Kim believes that architecture has an increasingly important role in driving sustainability within our industry. She is an advocate for challenging established perspectives to encourage a collective approach towards achieving real, considered and meaningful change for the better.
Guided by a people-first focus, Kim collaborates with our studio’s Directors, designers, architects and operations teams to build and improve organisational structure, and develop our approach to strategic growth.
